DESCRIPTION

09:30. Departure from Baku to Guba. Stop near Beshbarmag Mountain. You will see: arched bridge across Gudiyalchay river, Red Village in Guba district where one of the largest communities of Mountain Jews in the world is currently residing.

13:00-14:00. Dinner at local restaurant (for extra payment)

15:00. Arrival to summer & winter touristic complex Shahdag

16:00. Trip to Laza – exotic area with large amount of waterfalls. Opportunity of horse riding.

17:00-20:00. Departure to Baku.

GUBA

Famous for apples and carpet-making, Guba – one of the major and oldest cities in Azerbaijan. Located 165 km. to the north of Baku, Guba is famous for producing high quality apples.  Unique nature, nice climate and gorgeous air – all this you will find in Guba.  Guba is one of the developed agricultural regions of Azerbaijan. Fruits and vegetables cultivated here are in the markets of the capital city and are being exported. Guba is a popular getaway in itself but more particularly a gateway to Azerbaijan’s most interesting and remote mountain villages.
